The 2018 annual meeting of the reducer industry technical committee was successfully held

The 2018 Annual Meeting and General Assembly (hereinafter referred to as the "Annual Meeting") of the Standardization Technical Committee of the Machinery Industry Reducer and Gearbox (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Committee") was held in Conference Room 608 of the China Machinery Industry International") Conference Center.   Tan Xiangning, deputy director of the Standard Work Department of China Machinery Federation, gave a detailed interpretation of the importance of standardization construction and the national standardization policy, and pointed out in his speech that the establishment of a standardization committee is the need to promote the improvement of standardization work and the need for the development of the industry itself. It is hoped that the Bidding Committee will establish and improve the working mechanism, comprehensively improve the technical standard system based on the current situation of the industry, and actively promote the integration of standards with international standards to promote the development of China's entire gearbox industry. In addition, Minister Tan also put forward a pertinent "five-word" suggestion for the future development direction of the work of the Standardization Committee: First, it is "complete", the product coverage should be complete, and the standards should be comprehensive. At present, there are many supporting gearboxes that belong to the main engine industry, and there is no independent standard, so the standard committee should try to list all the products, fully cover the upstream and downstream, and strive to find the standard situation of supporting gearboxes; second, it is "High", high quality, high standard. According to the "Assembly Manufacturing Standard Improvement Plan", the quality of the standard is raised to a level. Of course, this "high" also needs to be grasped, so that most companies can't reach it; third, it is "fast". The market is changing rapidly, and technologies and processes are also improving rapidly. Therefore, the speed of standard formulation and revision is required to be accelerated, and the process must be advanced. It is hoped that the completion from project initiation to approval should be completed within 24 months; fourth, it is "strict". Standardized management should be strict and work in strict accordance with procedures. Everyone should set the standard wholeheartedly and strictly manage the system; fifth, it is "good". We must work hard, do a good job of the standard of use, the standard of usefulness, and the standard of good effect. Afterwards, Minister Tan read out the document "China Machinery Industry Federation "Approval of the Third Session of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Reduced and Gearbox Standardization of Machinery Industry and the Composition Plan" and issued a member certificate to each member attending the meeting.

  Chairman Wang Linchun informed the completion of the three important tasks of the secretariat's relocation, assessment and re-election, and explained the adjustment plan of the current bid committee's members. The secretariat of this bid committee has been relocated to China Machinery International since June 22, 2018. Before July 14, 2018, the secretariat completed the submission of assessment materials and received the approval of China Machinery Federation. On November 7, 2018, the secretariat completed the submission of the re-election information of the bid committee and got the approval of the China Machinery Federation. The current bid committee is composed of 40 committee members and 43 members, including 1 chairman and deputy chairman.

  At the meeting, Deputy Chairman Liu Zhixin made a summary report of the second bid committee, and Deputy Chairman Guo Xiaojun made a report on the work plan of the third bid committee. Secretary-General Xu Xi read out the Regulations (Draft) of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Mechanical Industry Gearboxes (see Annex 1 for details), and Deputy Secretary-General Ma Xiaojuan read out

"Working Rules (Draft) of the Secretariat of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Gearboxes in the Machinery Industry (Draft)" (see Annex 2 for details), the participating members reached an agreement after fully discussing the two drafts, and voted by a show of hands, which was confirmed by the staff by unanimous votes .

The meeting also discussed the standard system block diagram (see appendix 3) and standard system table (see appendix 4) of this standard committee, and revised and confirmed the block diagram and system table on the spot.   The meeting made arrangements for the handling of the 3 standard review opinions recently received, "Planetary Cone Disc Continuously Variable Transmission", "Bevel Gear Steering Gear" and "Cycloidal Pinwheel Precision Transmission Reducer", and asked the first drafter to discuss Other drafting units should complete their responses within one week.

  The meeting reviewed the "Electric Permanent Magnet Mechanical Governor", "Radial Permanent Magnet Mechanical Governor", "Reducer for Wire Drawing Machine", "Mortar Mixing Reducer", "Reducer for Printing and Dyeing Machinery", "Reducer for Steering Workbench" and other six standards drafting and preparation of the next steps have been arranged, requiring each drafting group and the secretariat to implement the relevant work according to the schedule.

  The meeting discussed the standards to be applied for project approval in the next step and the revision of the standards with a longer standard age, preliminarily determined the proposed new project approval/revision standards, and arranged for relevant members to conduct research first, and determine the project approval time and content according to the research results.

The meeting put forward some suggestions on the standard system block diagram and standard system table of the discussion version. It is hoped that the standard system block diagram and standard system table voted by this meeting will be further improved when modifications are allowed in the future.
